Jay Winter Collins

I create happy paintings using highly saturated colors obtained by applying multiple layers of high-flow acrylic and varnish, which leads to an enamel-like surface. I do not limit my subject matter, anything may show up because the images come from my imagination. I enjoy experimentation and it is through experimentation that I came up with my process.
