Artist Bio

My creative process is inspired by nature and form. I use a traditional encaustic process that incorporates collage, batik and pigments that are encased between layers of molten wax medium (beeswax and resin) via heat fusion.

About the Studio

Our 2nd story studio is nestled in our wooded back yard. There are 23 steps to reach the top deck and upon entering the door, you will find yourself in a comfy environment designed for beauty and creativity.

What to Expect

My demo will give you an understanding of the basics of the encaustic process. You will see me working on several projects and answering your questions. Materials used in my work will be displayed as well.
